Winter Training

Open to All Middle and High School Students!

No experience necessary! Whether you're new to rowing or a seasoned athlete, Winter Training is the perfect way to stay in shape during the off-season. For experienced rowers, it’s an excellent opportunity to get a head start on spring conditioning—developing power, improving stroke efficiency, and building camaraderie with teammates.

For those involved in other fall sports, Winter Training offers a fantastic way to stay fit while trying something new. With a lighter schedule and no competitive pressure, it’s the perfect time to explore rowing and enjoy the benefits of cross-training to enhance your overall athleticism.
